This poor paella recipe doesn't include many ingredients, hence the name, it only has the base of rice with chili, onion, chicken, and seasoning, it is very tasty and much easier to prepare.
Sauté the previously cubed chicken until it is well browned, once ready remove it from the pan and place it on a separate plate.
In the same pan, add oil and lightly fry the rice, once ready incorporate the onion and the chili until they turn translucent, then add the chicken and afterwards add the water and the broth, let it boil, once it reaches a boil reduce the heat and cover the pan very well, waiting for about 15 to 20 minutes or until it is ready.
