120 grams chorizo, shredded
1/2 onions, diced
150 grams queso fresco, grated
4 sprigs parsley, finely chopped
1 package corn tostadas
2 avocados
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
2 tablespoons olive oil

Fry the potatoes with one-third of the onion. When the potatoes are golden brown, add the chorizo, season, and remove from heat. Set aside.
Mash the avocados with a fork, add the oil, vinegar, the other third of the onion, and chicken broth. Mix well.
Spread the tostadas with the avocado mixture you prepared.
Add a layer of potatoes with chorizo on top and a little of the onion you fried with the potatoes; then, add the parsley and cheese.
