Potato Tacos with Chorizo

  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • chorizos, of turkey, to taste
  • 2 potatoes, cut into cubes
  • corn tortillas

  • Once hot, add the onion. Sauté for a while.
  • Next, add the chorizo; once cooked, add the boiled potatoes.
