2 potatoes, medium, cooked, peeled, and diced
1 carrot , large, peeled, cooked, and diced
1/2 romaine lettuces , chopped
1 cup peas, cooked and drained (can be canned)
1/4 cups cream
1/3 cups mayonnaise
6 avocados, medium, cut in half lengthwise

In a bowl, mix the potatoes, carrots, lettuce, and peas.
Cut the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and a bit of the flesh.
Add the avocado flesh to the vegetable mixture. Add the cream and mayonnaise, and season with salt.
Fill the avocados and serve with crackers.
