Bacon Cheddar Stuffed Potato

1 cup olive oil
sea salt, to taste
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup bacon, fried and chopped
pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 230° C.
Cut the potato horizontally to remove the top.
Use a small, flexible knife to cut circles around the center of the potato.
Flip the potato over and use a flexible knife to make deep cuts into the potato, leaving an uncut space in the center.
Brush the potato with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
Wrap the potato in aluminum foil and bake at 230° C for 30 minutes.
Remove the potato from the oven, brush the potato again with olive oil and sprinkle with bacon and cheddar cheese. Bake for 5 minutes.
