This is one of my favorite recipes, baked potatoes with cream, cheese, and other ingredients are delicious. Serve them with meat.

4 potatoes
1/2 liters cream
1 teaspoon Maggi seasoning
4 tablespoons Manchego cheese
garlic salt
onion salt
pepper
parsley

Pierce the potatoes with a fork, skin and all, and place them in a baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes at approximately 180°C and then flip the potatoes.
Wrap in aluminum foil and let them rest.
Cut the potatoes and drizzle with the cream mixed with the other ingredients.
Bake for 2 more minutes to gratin.
