Baked Potatoes

This is one of my favorite recipes, baked potatoes with cream, cheese, and other ingredients are delicious. Serve them with meat.

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1/2 liters cream
  • 1 teaspoon Maggi seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons Manchego cheese
  • garlic salt
  • onion salt
  • pepper
  • parsley

  • Pierce the potatoes with a fork, skin and all, and place them in a baking dish.
  • Bake for 10 minutes at approximately 180°C and then flip the potatoes.
  • Wrap in aluminum foil and let them rest.
  • Cut the potatoes and drizzle with the cream mixed with the other ingredients.
  • Bake for 2 more minutes to gratin.
