Baked Potatoes with Ham

  • 4 potatoes
  • 500 milliliters sour cream
  • 300 grams Manchego cheese
  • 100 grams butter
  • 150 grams deli ham

  • In a pot, pre-cook the potatoes in water.
  • Once ready, slice the potatoes.
  • In a baking dish, layer potatoes, butter, cream, salt, pepper, manchego cheese, and ham. Repeat the process until all potato slices are used.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
  • Remove the foil and leave for another 10 minutes.
  • Serve.
