500 milliliters sour cream
300 grams Manchego cheese
100 grams butter
150 grams deli ham

In a pot, pre-cook the potatoes in water.
Once ready, slice the potatoes.
In a baking dish, layer potatoes, butter, cream, salt, pepper, manchego cheese, and ham. Repeat the process until all potato slices are used.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Remove the foil and leave for another 10 minutes.
Serve.
