  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup deli ham, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, shredded

  • Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Set aside.
  • Place the potatoes in a bowl, add the broccoli, sour cream, ham, manchego cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
