  • 2 chorizos
  • 2 potatoes
  • 500 grams masa dough
  • 250 grams oil
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 tomatillos
  • 1 onion
  • 2 sprigs oregano

  • The chorizo is placed in a hot skillet and fried in its own fat.
  • The cooked potatoes are peeled and cut into small cubes.
  • You add salt and a little water to the dough and knead it until it becomes smooth.
  • You combine the chorizo with the potatoes.
  • Take a very small portion of dough between your hands and try to make a small tortilla that fits in the palm of your hand. Add a little bit of filling, roll it in your hands to form a small ball of about 5 cm, and fry them in hot oil for about 5 minutes until they are well cooked.
  • Drain them on paper towels and serve them as shown in the photo or with refried beans.
