1/2 cups tomato purée
30 grams cheese, grated
1/2 cups cow's milk
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
5 tablespoons flour

Place the potatoes in a pot of boiling water until they are cooked.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a pan, add the butter until it melts, then the flour, and then the milk. Add the oregano and mix everything well.
Pour in the tomato puree, the cream cheese, and mix until perfectly combined.
Peel the potatoes and slice them, then place them in a baking dish, add the sauce we made, and then the grated cheese.
Repeat this process until the baking dish is full.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
