Dairy-Free Mashed Potatoes

200 milliliters olive oil
1/2 onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
salt and pepper

Boil the peeled potatoes for 30 minutes in a pot of water.
When they are soft, drain the excess water and mash the potatoes completely, using the hot water to assist.
Sauté the chopped onion and garlic in olive oil; add them to the potatoes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Put the mixture in a piping bag and form flowers on a baking sheet.
Spray oil on top and bake at 160°C until lightly golden.
