Delicious Hasselback Potatoes

I made this recipe because unexpected guests arrived at my house, and I only had potatoes left, so I had to improvise. In the end, everything turned out wonderfully!

  • 4 potatoes, medium
  • 1 pinch garlic, powder
  • 6 slices bacon
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Wash the potatoes with their skin on and dry them very well.
  • Cut the potatoes into slices.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the potatoes on it.
  • With patience, open each slice and fill with bacon and garlic. I used sliced garlic, but if you don't like garlic that much, use powder instead.
  • Generously drizzle the potatoes with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Put in the oven.
