Delicious Hasselback Potatoes

I made this recipe because unexpected guests arrived at my house, and I only had potatoes left, so I had to improvise. In the end, everything turned out wonderfully!

1 pinch garlic, powder
6 slices bacon
olive oil

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Wash the potatoes with their skin on and dry them very well.
Cut the potatoes into slices.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the potatoes on it.
With patience, open each slice and fill with bacon and garlic. I used sliced garlic, but if you don't like garlic that much, use powder instead.
Generously drizzle the potatoes with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Put in the oven.
