Devilish Potatoes with Bacon

These devilish potatoes are easy to prepare, perfect as a snack for an afternoon spent with family and friends, accompanied by a good beer.

  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 árbol chiles
  • 5 chipotle chiles
  • 100 grams bacon
  • 1 tablespoon oregano

  • The first thing you need to do is boil the potatoes with a little salt; once they are tender, remove them from the water.
  • In another pot or pan, cook the árbol chiles, onion, garlic, and the tablespoon of oregano; once cooked, let them cool, blend the previous mixture, add the chipotle chiles, and season.
  • In a hot pan, add olive oil, then add finely chopped bacon, followed by the potatoes; fry everything well and then add the sauce.
