Four Cheese Gratin Potato

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 envelope Knorr® four cheese seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 teaspoons chives, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons garlic, dehydrated, in pieces
  • 2 pinches black pepper, ground

  • Wrap the potatoes in a square of aluminum foil (greased with Margarina Primavera Chantilly® unsalted). Bake at 180° C for 1 hour or until the potatoes are cooked.
  • In a bowl, mix the contents of the Knorr® Four Cheese Flavors packet, cream, milk, scallions, garlic, and pepper.
  • Cut the potatoes into quarters and cover them again with the same aluminum foil, leaving the potato visible and space to add the cream.
  • Distribute the Knorr® Four Cheese Flavors mixture in the center of each potato; gratin in the oven at 180 °C for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown.
