The Four Cheese Gratin Potato is a simple and delicious dish. It is a baked potato accompanied by a succulent cheese sauce. It is a perfect recipe to share with family.
Wrap the potatoes in a square of aluminum foil (greased with Margarina Primavera Chantilly® unsalted). Bake at 180° C for 1 hour or until the potatoes are cooked.
In a bowl, mix the contents of the Knorr® Four Cheese Flavors packet, cream, milk, scallions, garlic, and pepper.
Cut the potatoes into quarters and cover them again with the same aluminum foil, leaving the potato visible and space to add the cream.
Distribute the Knorr® Four Cheese Flavors mixture in the center of each potato; gratin in the oven at 180 °C for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown.
