4 cups vegetable oil, for frying
1 kilo potato, peeled
4 tablespoons flour
salt, to taste

Heat oil in a large skillet to fry the fries.
Take the potatoes and cut them into strips to the size you want for your french fries.
Coat the fries with flour so that they are lightly covered.
Fry batches of fries for approximately 5 minutes or until golden brown, then remove them from the oil.
Dry the fries with a paper towel to ensure the oil is removed.
Sprinkle the fries with a little salt to taste before serving.
Put the cheese in the microwave and pour it over the fries.
