4 cups vegetable oil, for frying
1 kilo potato, peeled
salt, to taste

In a skillet, cook the bacon until done. Remove it and place it on paper towels, then cut it into small pieces.
Heat oil in a large skillet to fry the potatoes.
Take the potatoes and cut them into strips of the desired size for your French fries.
Fry batches of potatoes for about 5 minutes or until golden, then remove them from the oil.
Dry the fries with a paper towel to ensure the oil is removed.
Sprinkle the fries with a little salt to taste before serving.
Put the cheese in the microwave and pour it over the fries.
