  • Preheat the oven to 200° C.
  • Cut the potatoes into slices, making sure the cuts are superficial so they do not separate into pieces.
  • Add water to a pot, place the potatoes, and boil them for 7 minutes.
  • Add oil and salt to a head of garlic, wrap it in aluminum foil, and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the garlic from the oven, cut off the tip, and extract the puree. Add the puree to the remaining olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and coat the previously drained potatoes with this preparation.
