1 kilo potato , cambray
1 tablespoon chicken bullion
6 árbol chiles
1/2 glasses lemon juice
1/4 cups vegetable oil
1 pinch salt

Boil the potatoes in a pot with water and salt until they are tender but not falling apart.
Meanwhile, toast the chiles in a skillet over medium-low heat and blend them with the lemon juice and granulated consommé.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan.
Drain the cooked potatoes well and sauté them in hot oil for a few minutes.
Add the lemon sauce and continue cooking until they are well coated.
