Lemon Cambray Potatoes

A snack of cambray potatoes in lemon sauce with toasted árbol chili. It’s a delicious, easy-to-cook, and spectacular recipe, perfect as a side dish for meat or fish.

  • 1 kilo potato , cambray
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bullion
  • 6 árbol chiles
  • 1/2 glasses lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Boil the potatoes in a pot with water and salt until they are tender but not falling apart.
  • Meanwhile, toast the chiles in a skillet over medium-low heat and blend them with the lemon juice and granulated consommé.
  • Heat the oil in a large saucepan.
  • Drain the cooked potatoes well and sauté them in hot oil for a few minutes.
  • Add the lemon sauce and continue cooking until they are well coated.
