Mashed Potato Omelet

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, Grated
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 raisins
  • olive oil , Necessary Amount
  • 1 glass white wine
  • mashed potatoes, necessary amount (prepared beforehand)
  • salt , To taste
  • pepper, To taste
  • oregano , To taste

  • Crack the eggs and beat them with a fork. Add oregano, pepper, salt, grated Parmesan cheese, and raisins.
  • Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
  • In a pan, with hot olive oil, add the garlic, sauté for a bit, and then add the beaten eggs and other ingredients. Let it cook for a couple of minutes and then add 3 tablespoons of mashed potatoes. After 5 minutes, transfer to a plate.
