Oven-Baked Potato Wedges
A very easy recipe to make, excellent as a side dish for baked chicken, burgers, or whatever you like. You can also enjoy them alone as an appetizer with guacamole or ketchup.

3 potatoes, long
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
salt and pepper
oregano
Parmesan cheese, grated
Mozzarella cheese, grated

Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Wash the potatoes well and cut them into wedges.
Dry them with paper towels so they become crispier when baked.
Place the potatoes in a bowl and add the oil, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, and parmesan cheese. Mix well so that all the potatoes are coated.
Place the potatoes on a baking tray.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
