Oven-Baked Potato Wedges

A very easy recipe to make, excellent as a side dish for baked chicken, burgers, or whatever you like. You can also enjoy them alone as an appetizer with guacamole or ketchup.

  • 3 potatoes, long
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated

  • Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  • Wash the potatoes well and cut them into wedges.
  • Dry them with paper towels so they become crispier when baked.
  • Place the potatoes in a bowl and add the oil, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, and parmesan cheese. Mix well so that all the potatoes are coated.
  • Place the potatoes on a baking tray.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
