This recipe was from my imagination because one day I dreamed of this, so the next day I woke up and started jotting down the ingredients I dreamed of that night.

1/5 kilos potato
1 kilo Oaxaca cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 egg

Boil the potatoes in a pot with hot water.
Once the potatoes are hot, place them in a large container so that we can mash them.
Once in the container, start mashing them with a large spoon.
Once mashed, add the egg and the necessary Parmesan cheese and continue with the previous process.
Once the preparation is ready, take a portion in your hands and shape it into patties, placing cheese cut into cubes in the center.
Finally, place them in a hot oil skillet, cook them for 10 to 15 minutes or until they are well done.
