  • 1/2 kilos potato
  • 45 grams unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons cow's milk
  • 2 slices deli ham
  • 3 slices Manchego cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 3 tablespoons cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, toast
