Another incredible way to present potatoes on your menu. Ideal for when you don't know what else to make for your little ones to eat vegetables. Serve in individual portions or as a single piece to cut into individual slices.

1/2 kilos potato , cooked and peeled
200 grams deli ham
100 grams unsalted butter
1 cup cow's milk
3 eggs
1 teaspoon mustard
1 onion, diced into small cubes
parsley , chopped
salt , and pepper to taste

Boil the potatoes. Once cooked, mash them. Add the egg, milk, and melted butter, and mix very well.
Incorporate the parsley, mustard, onion, and ham into the mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
In a previously greased mold, arrange and bake in the oven at 180°C until golden.
