2 tablespoons butter
1 cup table cream
150 grams bacon
200 grams cheese
1 pinch oregano
1/4 cups chipotle chile

Wash and slice the potatoes. Boil over high heat.
Fry the bacon and chop it.
Blend the bacon with the cream and chipotle.
Brown the potato slices in butter.
Pour the cream over the potatoes and cheese for gratin.
Add a pinch of oregano and serve.
