Potatoes in Pressure Cooker

Try this recipe for making potatoes in a pressure cooker. The potatoes cook faster than usual and turn out delicious.

  • 10 new potatoes, peeled
  • 2 liters water
  • salt, and pepper
  • 1 pinch dill, chopped

  • Add water to the pressure cooker, add the peeled baby potatoes, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Leave on medium heat until steam comes out, then lower the temperature and let cook for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the pot, drain, and serve on a plate with sprinkled dill.
