Potatoes with Bell Pepper

My kids don't like it when food is too spicy, so I thought of making potatoes with bell pepper, and they loved it. If I had known earlier that the bell pepper is not that spicy, I would have made it before.

  • 4 potatoes, medium
  • 2 bell peppers
  • oil
  • salt

  • Peel the potatoes into small cubes and fry them in enough oil.
  • Chop the bell pepper, properly washed, and blend it with enough water.
  • Remove the excess oil from the potatoes and add the blended bell pepper with a little salt.
  • Let it boil until the potatoes are soft, and it's ready.
