Potatoes with Bell Pepper
My kids don't like it when food is too spicy, so I thought of making potatoes with bell pepper, and they loved it. If I had known earlier that the bell pepper is not that spicy, I would have made it before.

2 bell peppers

Peel the potatoes into small cubes and fry them in enough oil.
Chop the bell pepper, properly washed, and blend it with enough water.
Remove the excess oil from the potatoes and add the blended bell pepper with a little salt.
Let it boil until the potatoes are soft, and it's ready.
