Sautéed Potatoes and Leeks

This recipe I'm sharing is very tasty and I invite you to try it. They are perfect to accompany a delicious meat, chicken, or fish. They also go incredibly well with sausages. Plus, they are very easy to make.

  • 2 leek, only the white part, washed and sliced
  • 4 potatoes, cooked with skin 4 potatoes, cooked with skin

  • fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • Heat the butter, add the leeks, and cover the pan. Sauté for 8 to 10 minutes over low heat.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices; add them to the pan. Season and sprinkle the celery seeds; stir well and cook uncovered for 7 to 8 minutes over medium heat.
  • Sprinkle the chopped parsley on top and serve immediately.
