This recipe I'm sharing is very tasty and I invite you to try it. They are perfect to accompany a delicious meat, chicken, or fish. They also go incredibly well with sausages. Plus, they are very easy to make.
Heat the butter, add the leeks, and cover the pan. Sauté for 8 to 10 minutes over low heat.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices; add them to the pan. Season and sprinkle the celery seeds; stir well and cook uncovered for 7 to 8 minutes over medium heat.
Sprinkle the chopped parsley on top and serve immediately.
