2 cups Manchego cheese

8 california (anaheim) chili peppers, baked

Parboil the potatoes in slices in salted water.
Grease a baking dish with butter.
Put a layer of potatoes, another layer of sliced peppers, another layer of cheese, cream, and butter, and then repeat the same procedure again.
Place in the oven covered with aluminum foil for about thirty to forty minutes; uncover a few minutes before removing from the oven.
