4 tablespoons Extra Special Olive Oil®
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon smoked flower of salt Extra Special®
1/2 teaspoons pepper
4 Extra Special® soft garlic cloves with fine herbs, for the dip
1/4 teaspoons onion powder, for the dip
1 cup jocoque Extra Special® with fine herbs and garlic, for the dip
1 teaspoon rosemary, for the dip
1 teaspoon thyme, for the dip
1 teaspoon oregano, for the dip
3 tablespoons Great Value® whole milk, for the dip
1 teaspoon Great Value® plain salt, for the dip

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a pot, boil water, add salt and the potatoes. Cook for about 10 minutes to soften slightly. Cool down.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium wedges. Place them on a baking sheet and mix with olive oil, paprika, fleur de sel, and pepper.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked and tender. Turn occasionally during cooking.
For the dip, blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous mixture. You can add more milk if necessary.
Serve the potatoes with the dip.
