Wedge Potatoes with Garlic and Spice Dip

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a pot, boil water, add salt and the potatoes. Cook for about 10 minutes to soften slightly. Cool down.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium wedges. Place them on a baking sheet and mix with olive oil, paprika, fleur de sel, and pepper.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked and tender. Turn occasionally during cooking.
  • For the dip, blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous mixture. You can add more milk if necessary.
