Rajas con queso

A simplified version of the traditional Mexican dish. Rajas con queso is a very easy Mexican recipe to prepare and has the classic flavor of this dish. Perfect to accompany any meal.

  • 6 Poblano chiles
  • 2 onions
  • 1/4 cups cream
  • 1/4 Manchego cheese
  • 6 teaspoons oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper powder

  • The chiles are roasted and left to steam for 20 minutes.
  • They are peeled and chopped.
  • The onion is fried in the oil, and then the rajas, cheese, cream, salt, and pepper are added.
  • Let them season for 20 minutes and it’s ready.
