Red Rice

The tomato broth is the ideal complement to prepare this red rice recipe, it is rich and typical of Mexican cuisine.

  • 1/4 kilos rice
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 piece onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chicken broth

  • The rice is cleaned and washed very well, then it is drained.
  • In a saucepan, heat the oil and once it is hot, add the rice and garlic, stirring constantly until the rice is golden and acquires a golden color. Once it is golden, remove the garlic.
  • Once golden, add 3 cups of water and the broth. Lower the heat and cover to let the rice cook.
