6 cups chicken broth
300 grams chicken breast, cooked and shredded

Cut the peppers into small cubes, along with the onion and garlic.
In a pot, place the rice, chicken broth, bell pepper, onion, season, and cover to cook for 25 minutes.
Once the liquid has been absorbed and the rice is cooked, serve by placing some shredded chicken on top.
