Delicious rice to accompany chicken, fish, or Thai curry meat, or a rich mole.

  • 1 cup rice
  • 100 grams grated sweet coconuts
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • Once it reaches the first boil, lower the heat and let it cook until the liquid evaporates.
