Almond-Crusted with Fish

A very tasty way to accompany your Spanish rice is by adding pieces of fish to complement and enhance the flavor of your dish, resulting in a complete meal.

  • 1 envelope Knorr® Spanish rice
  • 2 fish fillets, of your choice
  • 1/2 cups almonds, filleted and toasted
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water

  • Blend the milk, water, almond, and Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth perfectly and pour the mixture into a pot. Empty the contents of the Knorr® Spanish Rice packet along with a tablespoon of oil and bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Cut the fish into medium cubes and grill them in a pan with the remaining tablespoon of oil.
  • Once the rice is cooked, add and incorporate the fish. Let it rest for 5 minutes and serve.
