Barbecue Rice

  • 1/2 cups rice
  • 1/2 cups Hunt´S ® original bbq sauce
  • 1 cup water, fry
  • 1 cup water, hot
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

  • Mix the cup of Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce with the cup of cold water.
  • Soak the rice with the cup of hot water for 5 minutes. Drain the water.
  • Fry the rice in oil for 15 minutes.
  • Add the mixture of cold water with Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce.
  • Let it simmer until the rice is tender, approximately 20 minutes. Season with 1/2 teaspoon of chicken bouillon powder. Serve.
