150 grams rice
250 milliliters water
4 eggs
2 bananas
1/4 onions
1/4 cups tomato sauce
extra virgin olive oils

Put water with onion in a pot, when it starts to boil, add the rice and close it.
Remove after five minutes.
Remove the onion.
Rinse the rice with cold water and drain.
Serve on the plate.
Fry the eggs and place one on each plate.
Peel the bananas and cut them, first in half and then into quarters.
Fry and place on the plate. Heat the tomato sauce and serve in a sauce boat.
