Cuban Rice

A very practical recipe for days with little time, prepare this delicious Cuban rice to impress your family.

  • 150 grams rice
  • 250 milliliters water
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1/4 cups tomato sauce
  • extra virgin olive oils

  • Put water with onion in a pot, when it starts to boil, add the rice and close it.
  • Remove after five minutes.
  • Remove the onion.
  • Rinse the rice with cold water and drain.
  • Serve on the plate.
  • Fry the eggs and place one on each plate.
  • Peel the bananas and cut them, first in half and then into quarters.
  • Fry and place on the plate. Heat the tomato sauce and serve in a sauce boat.
