Easy Red Rice

An easy rice recipe for beginners, in less than 30 minutes, pair it with a dish and it has a delicious flavor, don't hesitate to make it, it's also a very economical dish.

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cubes chicken consommé, with tomato
  • oil
  • 1/2 cubes chicken bullion

  • Heat the oil, just enough to fry the rice.
  • Fry the rice until it takes on a golden color.
  • Add 1 cup of water and the bouillon cubes, dissolve the cubes well, and let it rest until the rice dries out.
  • Add the remaining 1/2 cup of water and let it dry out again over low heat, let it rest a bit before serving.
