Confetti Rice

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cups water
  • salt, to taste
  • food coloring, various colors
  • chicken bullion, to taste

  • Prepare the rice in the usual way. Fry the grains with a little oil, add the cups of water. Season to taste.
  • Before covering it, add a few drops of each vegetable color. Cover.
  • When almost all the liquid has been absorbed, gently remove the layers where the dye has directly fallen (6 or 7 grains) and add a few drops of water so the color spreads and colors everything in its path.
  • When serving, carefully mix the grains to create a color party on your plate.
