3 teaspoons vegetable oil
4 cups chicken broth
salt, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped

In a saucepan, fry the rice with the oil until it browns.
Add the broth and the teaspoon of chopped garlic, or hot water.
Cover the saucepan and let it cook over medium heat for 15 minutes until the broth evaporates completely.
