Cilantro Rice with McCormick® Chicken Broth

  • 1 teaspoon Mccormick® chicken bouillon
  • 50 grams onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 bunches fresh cilantro
  • 100 grams rice
  • 300 milliliters water
  • 200 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 1 zucchini
  • 30 grams lime
  • salt, to taste

  • Blend the McCormick® Chicken Broth, onion, garlic, cilantro, and 300 ml of water.
  • Place the rice in a bowl and cover it with hot water. Cover and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • Drain the liquid from the rice and dry it with a cloth.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the rice over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Pour in the cilantro mixture.
  • Chop the zucchini and add it in the last moment.
  • Add a few drops of lemon to the preparation (to blanch it), cover, and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Let it rest and serve.
