Creole Rice

  • 2 cups rice
  • 100 grams deli ham
  • 1/4 liters cream
  • 1 sprig parsley , chopped
  • 100 grams Chihuahua cheese
  • 50 grams unsalted butter
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Prepare the rice according to the package instructions.
  • Grate the cheese.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter and add a layer of rice, then cheese, then diced ham, parsley, and cream.
  • Another layer of rice is added, and so on.
  • The last layer should be cream and cheese.
  • Place small pieces of butter on top and put it in a preheated oven at 300ºF for 15 minutes.
