1 teaspoon parsley , chopped
750 grams peas
4 tablespoons oil
3 carrots, chopped
1 cup rice
1 clove garlic
1 glass chicken broth
2 tomatoes
1 onion, small
1 pinch salt

Use a non-stick pot so that the rice doesn’t stick.
Fry the rice until it turns golden.
Blend the tomato, onion, and garlic with a little water. Pour over the rice.
Season with salt and pepper. If you prefer, you can also add a Knorr Swiss cube.
Add the chicken broth to the rice and vegetables. If needed, you can add more water, but you only need to cover the rice.
Let it cook until the water evaporates.
