  • 1 cup button mushrooms, cleaned, cut into quarters
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese , cut into small cubes
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • Halfway through cooking, add and incorporate the cheese and mushrooms.
