1 cup button mushrooms, cleaned, cut into quarters
1/2 cups panela cheese , cut into small cubes
1 3/4 cups water
1 tablespoon oil

Prepare Knorr® Green Rice with Corn following the package instructions.
Halfway through cooking, add and incorporate the cheese and mushrooms.
Finish cooking and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
