1 chicken breast, boneless, skinless cut into medium cubes
10 shrimp, medium clean
200 grams chorizo, sliced
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 cups rice, precooked
3 cups chicken broth
1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips, seedless
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips, seedless
1 teaspoon saffron
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
10 mussels, clean
10 clams, clam

Heat the olive oil in a paella pan over medium heat.
Fry the pork ribs until golden, remove and set aside.
Fry the chicken breast until golden, remove and set aside.
Fry the shrimp for 2 minutes until they change color, remove and set aside.
Fry the chorizo until golden, remove and set aside.
Fry the onion and garlic for 1 minute, add the rice and sauté for two more minutes. Add the broth and arrange the peppers harmoniously. Incorporate the saffron, season with salt and pepper, and mix.
Add the pork ribs, chicken, shrimp, chorizo, mussels, and clams.
Cover with aluminum foil. Lower the stove flame to minimum and let cook for 45 minutes.
