Easy Paella Recipe

  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 500 grams pork ribs, cut into medium pieces
  • 1 chicken breast, boneless, skinless cut into medium cubes
  • 10 shrimp, medium clean
  • 200 grams chorizo, sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups rice, precooked
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips, seedless
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips, seedless
  • 1 teaspoon saffron
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 10 mussels, clean
  • 10 clams, clam

  • Heat the olive oil in a paella pan over medium heat.
  • Fry the pork ribs until golden, remove and set aside.
  • Fry the chicken breast until golden, remove and set aside.
  • Fry the shrimp for 2 minutes until they change color, remove and set aside.
  • Fry the chorizo until golden, remove and set aside.
  • Fry the onion and garlic for 1 minute, add the rice and sauté for two more minutes. Add the broth and arrange the peppers harmoniously. Incorporate the saffron, season with salt and pepper, and mix.
  • Add the pork ribs, chicken, shrimp, chorizo, mussels, and clams.
  • Cover with aluminum foil. Lower the stove flame to minimum and let cook for 45 minutes.
