Paella

We present our version of the classic Spanish dish, paella, only this is a simpler and even more delicious version. You never imagined cooking this tasty dish so easily.

  • 1 cube Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 cube Knorr ® shrimp bouillon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 slice bacon
  • 4 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 12 shrimp, medium with head
  • 1 cup squid, cleaned and cut into rings
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cups octopus, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cups green beans, cut into 3
  • 1 cup precooked rice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 grams saffron

  • In a paella pan, heat the oil and fry the bacon together with the onion until it becomes translucent.
  • Add the shrimp and let them change color. Remove them.
  • Add the squid and cook for 4 minutes. Incorporate the peppers, green beans, and octopus, allowing them to cook and soften slightly.
  • Add the rice, water, saffron, and the Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth cubes and Knorr® Shrimp Broth cubes.
  • Cover and let cook until the liquid is completely absorbed and the rice is tender. If necessary, add hot water to finish cooking the rice.
