  • 1 liter cow's milk
  • 300 grams sugar
  • 25 grams raisins, seedless
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 stick cinnamon

  • The rice is soaked for 15 minutes in hot water, washed very well in cold water, and then cooked with half a liter of water and cinnamon.
