1 cup rice, soaked for 10 minutes in boiling water
2 cups water, hot
1 dash vanilla essence
3 cloves
1 can condensed milk
1 can cow's milk
1/2 cups coffee liqueur

In a deep microwave-safe dish, place the rice with the 2 cups of hot water, vanilla, and cloves, cover with cling film, and bake for 14 minutes.
Mix the milks and coffee liqueur and add it to the already cooked rice.
Bake for 5 more minutes with the container covered.
Let it rest in the microwave for 3 minutes, take it out and stir with a fork without beating it.
