  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 1 envelope Knorr® seasoning Miarroz®
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 200 grams squid, clean cut into rings and the tentacles in pieces
  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 2 envelopes squid ink
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped

  • In a pot, add water, Knorr® MiArroz® Seasoning, and squid ink. Bring to a boil and set aside.
  • In a skillet with a little oil, cook the garlic and the squid.
  • Add the rice, sauté, and add the previously reserved broth.
  • Cover the skillet and cook on low heat for 20 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes and serve.
