1 carrot
2 stems celery
2 green onions
1/2 cucumbers
1 zucchini
3 cups white rice
1/4 cups soy

Chop the bacon finely and fry it.
Dice the carrot, celery, green onion, cucumber, and zucchini.
Sauté the carrot, celery, green onions, cucumber, and zucchini in a pan.
Add the cooked rice and bacon, mix, and add soy sauce.
Remove from heat and serve the rice with a sprinkle of chopped green onion and the stems of the spring onions.
