3 cups water
1 pumpkin
1 onion
1 eggplant
1 tomato
1 carrot
1 cabbage, green
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon olive oil

2 limes

sea salt
1 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Cook the cup of rice with the three cups of water. While the rice cooks on low heat, dice the zucchini, onion, eggplant, and tomato.
In a separate pan, place enough coconut oil to then create a bed of green cabbage and add the juice of two lemons.
Add the chopped ingredients to the rice, adding a pinch of sea salt, curry powder, and mix.
On the bed of green cabbage, add the rice.
